Welcome to JewishGiftStore. By accessing or using jewishgiftstore.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Our Business

JewishGiftStore is operated by The Wizard Of Sales, LLC, a family-owned US business based in Phoenix, AZ. We curate and ship Judaica, holiday gifts and gift ideas for Shabbat, Hanukkah, Passover, weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs and every Jewish simcha.

2. Products & Availability

We offer the products shown on the Site in our categories of Shabbat, Hanukkah, Passover & Seder, Mezuzahs, Kiddush Cups, Wedding & Anniversary Gifts, Bar & Bat Mitzvah Gifts, Jewish Home Decor, Jewish Jewelry and Digital Downloads. All product descriptions, photos and prices are believed to be accurate but may change. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items and correct errors. Some items may ship from Israel and can take longer to arrive.

3. Pricing & Taxes

Prices are in US Dollars (USD) and include no tax unless otherwise noted. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and collected where required by law. All fees (shipping, duties) are shown before you confirm your order.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by emailing the order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (including for suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues) and will refund any charge. You may cancel before we ship by contacting shalom@jewishgiftstore.com.

5. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateway. All payments are processed in USD. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge your card for the total shown at checkout.

6. Shipping, Tracking & Duties

Orders are processed in 1–4 business days and usually delivered in 5–12 business days. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. International duties, taxes and clearance fees are the customer's responsibility.

7. Returns & Refunds

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery by emailing shalom@jewishgiftstore.com. Items must be new and in original packaging. The buyer pays return shipping unless the error was ours. A 15% restocking fee may apply unless the error was ours. Personalized, custom, handmade-to-order, seasonal, sale and digital items are final sale. Damaged or wrong items reported within 10 days receive a replacement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, images, photography, videos, trade dress, page layout and design — is the property of The Wizard Of Sales, LLC and JewishGiftStore or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to (a) violate any law, (b) submit false or misleading information, (c) scrape or harvest content, (d) automate access in a way that burdens the Site, or (e) interfere with the Site's security or functionality.

10. Discounts & Promotions

We may offer promotional codes (for example, SHALOM10, 10% off). Codes are for one use per customer unless we state otherwise, cannot be combined unless we say so, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

11. Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are licensed, not sold, for your personal, non-commercial use. They are non-refundable and not transferable. You may not redistribute, resell or remove attribution.

12. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party sites. Those links are provided for convenience only. We don't control and aren't responsible for their content, practices or availability.

13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event shall The Wizard Of Sales, LLC or JewishGiftStore be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or order.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and the United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
