Shipping Policy

We want your Judaica to arrive safely and on time. Here's how shipping works at JewishGiftStore.

Order processing

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier in 1–4 business days from the date the order is placed (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays).

Delivery estimates

For most U.S. orders, delivery usually takes 5–12 business days after the item ships. These are estimates — actual delivery can vary with carrier volume, weather, or address issues.

Items that ship from Israel

Some of our items ship directly from Israel. International shipping can take longer than domestic delivery, and the product page will call this out. Please allow extra time for these orders.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships, so you can follow the package all the way to your door.

Customs, duties & taxes

For items that ship from outside the United States (including some items from Israel), the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed on delivery. We don't collect these at checkout.

Shipping addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can make corrections before the order ships — email shalom@jewishgiftstore.com — but we cannot change an address once the carrier has the package.
